You may be accepted without presenting any test scores on your knowledge of the English language (the language of instruction).
If you simply come from a country which has English as its second language you may still be accepted.
Your average grade in university does not matter.
You may definitely be accepted without submiting a GMAT test score.
If you are applying for a scholarship, you will need to present a letter by your employer which states that it reserves
your job position until you return.
You will have to promise to return to your country after graduation.
If you are not applying for a scholarship, you may be accepted way after the deadline has passed. The reason is that only
10% of attending students pay the otherwise ridiculously low fee for an MBA program of 12500 euros (does not include housing
and board). 90% get a full scholarship.
